COVID-19 Resources

Remember that together we are the Church, the people of God, whether we are gathered or whether we are scattered. God is with us—use this time to be with God.

Resources from the Episcopal Church

Both the Episcopal Church USA and the Diocese of New Jersey have adapted several of their resources for use during this time.

  • The Episcopal Church’s Covid-19 Response, including Presiding Bishop Curry’s statement on the pandemic.

  • Presiding Bishop Curry invites us all to cultivate Habits of Grace during this time of self-isolation.

  • The Diocese of New Jersey has a Covid-19 resource page, including a statement from the Bishop of New Jersey.

  • The Diocese’s latest issue of Resource for Mission newsletter contains multiple links to weekly Zoom meetings available to all members of the diocese, on topics ranging from formation and outreach to Bible study with the Bishop.

There is no time like the present to start, change up, or increase our faithful habits. If not now, then when?

Vaccination Resources

The Governor has opened vaccination eligibility to include those aged 65 and over, first responders, healthcare workers, and those under 65 with increased COVID risk factors as defined by the CDC.

While several parishioners have had success in getting a vaccine appointment, it has been difficult more many others. The only advice we can give is to keep trying. It will get easier as vaccine supplies increase and more people get vaccinated, but we want to make sure that everyone who can get a vaccine has the best chance.

Everyone can register with the State of New Jersey for notification of when they are eligible to be vaccinated. In addition, people can contact the sites listed below to get added to their lists.

If you have any tips or advice, please let us know so that we can keep this list updated.
